Sandtray Therapy.

Sand Tray Therapy offers a calm and creative way for children, young people and adults to express what they are feeling, even when talking is difficult. Using a tray of sand and a range of small figures, individuals create scenes or stories that reflect what is happening inside. This helps bring forward thoughts, memories or emotions that may be hard to put into words.

Helen guides this process with care and curiosity, creating a safe space for clients to explore at their own pace. The simple act of touching and moving the sand can support emotional regulation and reduce stress. Because the work involves both the creative and logical parts of the brain, it can help clients think more clearly, understand their experiences and make meaningful connections.

Sand Tray Therapy allows individuals to express themselves freely, make sense of tough emotions and begin healing in a gentle and grounded way. It can be used on its own or alongside other therapeutic approaches, depending on what each person needs.
